Bunnie Xo feels like she is being "choked from ear to ear" amid her facelift recovery.

The 46-year-old star can "barely walk without being winded" after she went under the knife on March 15.

In a video shared to Instagram on Monday (23.03.26), Bunnie - real name Alisa DeFord - showed off bruises under her eyes before she danced around her kitchen as pals tried to control her.

Bunnie penned over the clip: "When it's day 6 of your recovery you have cabin fever, watched every 2000's movie, can barely walk w/o being winded, live in a recliner, feel like you're being choked from ear to ear and everyone keeps telling you day 7 is the best day but that's tomorrow and you have lost all faith in humanity. (sic)"

The star captioned the post: "I kno, I did this to myself but damn (sic)."

Fans rushed to the upload's comments section to show their support for the star - who has been married to country singer Jelly Roll, 41, since 2016.

One person typed: "It will be worth it hang in there (sic)."

A second supporter wrote: "Hold on lady you've got this!! Your bravery for doing this makes us braver (sic)."

And a third follower said: "You look incredible and you aren't even done healing yet! This WILL pass dear! (sic)"

On the March 13 episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie announced that she would be having a facelift - keeping her vow to have the cosmetic surgery when she turned 46.

The author told her listeners: "I'll be getting my facelift on Sunday, the 15th. So send lots of prayers for your girl."

She added: "I'm going to look crazy, guys. I'm going to be so bruised. It's going to be a little weird. Don't freak out.

"My doctor is really good, so everything's going to go great."

A few days later, Bunnie's followers got their first look at her swollen face as the blonde beauty's head was wrapped up in bandages.

Bunnie explained the reason for getting a facelift in a post shared to Instagram on March 18.

She told her followers: "For everyone asking why I decided to do a facelift, old filler was one of the main reasons. I had stopped getting filler over 3 years ago in my face (I did have some in my lips tho), had it dissolved multiple times in my cheeks and it still was in my face.

"It would be itchy, it would cause swelling in my cheeks and it continued to migrate to other places.

"Please take it from me, filler doesn't dissolve in your body like we are told. So, in doing the lift we were able to take out a ton of it thankfully to Dr. [Daniel] Gould's skilled hands! (sic)"
